Achenbach GmbH offers a wide range of services for the operation of steam boilers requiring a permit, which you can obtain from a single source. This includes, for example:
Planning of Your Boiler House – With All Components
- Engineering: Planning of the boiler house with application for approval, drawings and taking into account all regulations.
- Design and, if necessary, also construction of the boiler and the associated components. Special designs based on given boiler house or connection dimensions are among the specialities.
- Feedwater treatment: Each boiler may only be operated with treated water. For this reason, water treatment tailored to the requirements is usually necessary.
Maintenance, Boiler Attendant Service and Training Courses
- Maintenance: Since most steam boilers fall under category IV of the Pressure Vessel Guideline, they must be serviced at least every six months by qualified specialists. We take care of this for you from one of our locations.
- Boiler attendant service: If your boiler attendant is unable to attend, we will be happy to come and supervise and record the work at 72 hour intervals.
- Boiler attendant trainings: We would also be pleased to train your personnel at your plant so that they are precisely trained to the point.
Rental Boiler, Spare Part Delivery, Repair Service
- Steam boiler rental: If you need to replace your boiler, we will be happy to provide a transitional period with a rental solution for a secure steam supply.
- Delivery of spare parts: If a failure threatens, you can get the suitable spare part quickly and inexpensively from Achenbach GmbH. If we carry out maintenance, we already have a large number of necessary spare parts in our well-equipped company vehicles.
- Welding work: Of course, Achenbach GmbH has the approval as a certified welding company with authorized welders who can be active around the clock in case of damage.
